Apartments are unique and vary in size and price. Some apartments are Grand, with private porches and some are cozy, and more affordable. Apartments are located on three floors. There are no elevators, although the stairways are very accommodating. Rents range from $500 to $700, plus charges for gas heat by New York State Electric and Gas that you control. The Landlord pays all other utilities.

Rental applications must be filled out in person. Leases are for one year and security deposit equal to 1(one) month's rent. We do maintain a wait list. We do not check email daily, so please be patient and we will respond to your request.
